The footage was shoot by Clarissa, where she was an attendee at the famously-failed Fyre Festival 2017 a Caribbean music festival which suppose to happen at Exuma, The Bahamas.
A settlement out of court appears to have been reached last month and Cardenas has voluntarily withdrew the lawsuit. It believe Cardenas requested for $150,000 in damage, which is unknown what is the final compensation.
